Project description

Office center on Melnikova street is the largest in Kyiv modern building with 4 level underground parking and 31 overground floors.

  • The peculiarity of this building is its facade, which is made completely of glass, that makes the requirements to the climate building system extremely high.
  • In this project we used the latest technological developments, namely central air conditioners with rotary heat utilizers.
  • The chillers, made by Carrier, include centrifugal compressors and have high coefficient of energy saving efficiency.
