Shopping and entertainment center «Magellan», 13/2 Glushkova Avenue, Kyiv.
The total area of air conditioned premises equals to 30 000 square meters.
- Systems type: air heating, ventilation and air conditioning is based on central air conditioners and fancoils.
- For the commercial premises with the ceiling more than 6 meters high the central conditioners with recirculation are installed (they can perform a function of air heating in winter). In the premises less than 4 meters high the direct cooling systems are installed.
- The recirculation in these premised is provided by means of fancoils with heating and cooling function.
